Dear Jason
As the year draws to a close, we would like to take this opportunity
to thank yourself and John for the excellent job done in coaching the
children from our Academy to swim. The children have benefitted from
your swimming programme; they have gained better water confidence and
advanced in learning the basic swimming strokes. With both your
patient guidance, several children have overcome their phobia for
water, progressively built up their self-esteem and achieved a higher
level of learning potential in
the waters.
We thank both of you for your fast response to addressing our
parents’ concerns and encouraging our children to manage their
anxieties, your commitment and dedication to making swimming
enriching and enjoyable for the children of Wharton Junior Academy.

for their professionalism. Patience and encouragement was the key for my son to
overcome his water phobia. At age 7, I was was worried why he still
can't swim despite signing him up for many other swimming courses

His motivation spurred me on when I almost give up during the initial stage where I seemed “hopeless”; i.e. not making any progress after a month. Without him, I reckon I will not be able to master the skill.
