Fastwaves is pleased to present to you our competitive rates for our swimming lessons / classes.
We tried to accommodate to all the commons needs by offering different type of lessons/classes.
We are the first in
Singapore to introduced swimming insurance coverage for all
our students. As long as you are Fastwaves students and paid fees in
full, insurance coverage will be extended to you.

Swimming lessons / Classes Terms and Conditions
Lessons / classes Fee Schedule
Full Payment should be made to Fastwaves Aquatic before the commencement of swimming
lessons / classes. All payment made are strictly non-refundable and must
be made at least 1 week before course commencement.
Swimming Insurance Coverage
Insurance Coverage is limited to injury sustained during the swimming lessons / classes. This coverage is provided by external insurance company.
Fastwaves do not have the final decision on the payout and it is the sole discreet of the insurance company.
Insurance coverage will be provided as long as course fees are
paid. We reserved the rights to terminate the insurance coverage if
fees are late. To prevent misunderstanding, Fastwaves official payment
receipt will be issued and as prove of insurance coverage. Without
Fastwaves receipt, all insurance claims from insurance company will
not be honored.
Withdrawal from Course
One month notice is required for student to withdraw from the
swimming lessons / classes.
No Refund
No refund will be made once registration is confirmed unless one month notice is served.
Fees are not transferable to any third parties(s).
Right of Refusal
We reserved the rights to reject any students
Adverse weather/Lightning risk/Safety Compromised
Decision to terminate/suspended pool-based lesson/class and conduct alternative program
will be made based on our swim mentor’s sole discreet or instructed by
the pool authority. Land drills exercise and water safety theory will
be conducted.
Cancellation
No swimming lessons / classes will be cancelled unless notify by Fastwaves.
Attendance
No refund or make up class will be made for the absentees or bad weather unless
cancellation notification is issued by Fastwaves.
Relief/Change of Swim Mentor
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, your swim mentor is
unavailable, Fastwaves reserves the rights to send a a relief
swim mentor.
Temporary Discontinuation
One month notice is required if student wishes to temporary discontinue the
swimming lessons / classes while
away from holiday or any other reasons. Fastwaves reserved the right to
refuse request. If it is a prolong (more than 1 week) medical reason, please provide medical
certification from the doctor. We will not refund the course fee but
will offset future course fee upon student returns.
Medical Condition
Candidates with any medical condition are to be certified fit by
their own doctors before the commencement of any swimming lessons / classes. The Fastwaves holds no
responsibility for any injuries sustained during the course
Swim Holidays
No swimming lessons / classes will be conducted on the following days
below. It is the student responsibility to be aware of swim holiday.
Fastwaves will not notify any student of the below dates
Singapore Public Holidays
New Year Eve
Chinese New Year Eve
Chinese New Year day 1 up to the 6th day of lunar calendar
Every 29th, 30th, 31st of the month
Swimming Aids/Equipments
All students must have their own swim equipments required for swimming
lessons / classes such as swim goggle, swim board, swim pool
buoy, swim cap etc. You may purchase the products from us.
Liability
Fastwaves Aquatic will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury,
damage or loss of life while attending this course and this includes
all costs, and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.
Change of Terms and conditions
Fastwaves Aquatic reserved the rights to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
