About Fastwaves Aquatic

Fastwaves Aquatic was founded in year 2004 to provide a complete aquatic education to Singapore. We aim to bring aquatic education to a higher level and also redefining how swimming lessons can be conducted in Singapore.

 

We are one of the pioneers in introducing swimming to preschool institutions. Our goal is to teach young children to swim in a positive, safe, and fun environment. We believe strongly in innovation. We will constantly strive to improve the way swimming lessons /classes are conducted. We also constantly finding ways to improve our communication with our students thru technology.

 

We are proud to proclaim and undisputed that we are the first in Singapore to introduce and incorporate swimming insurance to all our students.

 

We will not rest on our laurels. We will continue to work hard to introduce more new initiatives that will change the swimming industry landscape.

Management Team

Our management team has a good mixed of professional expertise. This creates a synergy to pursue Fastwaves's vision Strong Foundation, Future Champion

Founder of Fastwaves Aquatics and one of the pioneers in introducing swimming to child care centers in Singapore. Currently as the Head of Swim operations, his role involves daily coaching operations, operation safety and also constantly seeking quality swimming professional who share the same passion for kids to join our team.

On top of his heavy responsibilities, he insists to continue coaching young children. Besides imparting his skills, he hopes to create a fun learning environment to nurture kids's interest and passion for water sports.

Strong believer of cultivating water safety through pre-school education. Possess strong passion for swimming. Have been coaching for more than 10 years. In order to stay abreast with the most progressive teaching techniques, John is actively involved with various overseas swim schools and associations through the web/forum for constant updates. He also explores newer training methods that could be useful for our local swimming environment.

Michael is a long time friend of Fastwaves founder, Jason Yew. Jason managed to overcome his elder son's water phobia, since then his son has successfully achieved NASSA Bronze Award. Amazed and convinced of Jason capabilities, Michael joins the team upon Jason's invitation.

His vast experience as a Consultant in MNCs such as General Electric, StarHub and Keppel Communication is pivotal to the success of Fastwaves.

His primary role will be attending to the needs of your child care centre, providing solutions to accommodate your goals and budgets which further enhance your teaching curriculum and operational efficiency, thus bringing value to parents
